I don't understand why some people are so uncomfortable with seeing a woman breastfeed. Especially a woman. Especially a woman who I was the maid of honor for. Are you serious?! Telling me I should feed my 3 month old daughter in the restaurant bathroom. I don't think so. I'll go to my car and nurse her. Then I'll return to my cold food and have the other ladies tell me they didn't mind if I nursed there. Ladies that I didn't even know. Strangers who showed me more respect than you. Why did I bother to come to your stupid dinner. You ask me to be your maid of honor and you treat me this way. Make me feel like an outcast because I chose the most natural and healthy way to nourish my child. I wouldn't have exposed my breasts. I am discreet. I cover up.
