Week 2 has come and gone in a flash! It was another good week of fitness and weight loss. I ran 3 days and completed week 2 of the Couch to 5K running program, I have continued with the Bubby exercises and push ups, I swam/treaded water for at least 30 minutes on Saturday, and I've gone on several walks with the kiddos. I did not do any yoga with the wii fit, but I did run around and dance with Cakes while wearing the Bubby. As for my "diet", I think I did pretty good. I ate breakfast everyday, and watched portions, but I did snack some. So, what did all of this result in? A loss for the week of 2 pounds. Down to 124 pounds with a total loss in 2 weeks of 5 pounds! Woo hoo!
I feel like I'm in the swing of this Fit by Labor Day Challenge. I'm getting results and I'm feeling great! So, my goals for this week are to just keep it up and perhaps to wipe the dust off of the wii and do some yoga!
